If you’ve ever tried a peach straight from the tree, you know exactly why I am head over heels in love with recipes that use fresh peaches! 

And we’re in luck, because it is that time of year again!

I think this infatuation began with the purchase of our first home… which came with lots of fix-up projects (not so fun) and also two big peach trees in the backyard (lots of fun!) We only lived there for a couple years, but ever since then, I’ve always wanted a tiny peach orchard in my yard! That dream hasn’t come true quite yet, so when September rolls around I am always on the look-out for those road-side fruit stands. 

And of course, farmers markets always have lots of delicious fresh peaches during this time of the year too. 

But our very favorite way to load up with fresh peaches is at the farm & orchard down the road. On beautiful days like this one, it’s easy for me to think I just might want to live on a farm one day!

Knowing that these last long days of summer will soon give way to peak peach season, I have been on the look out for some new recipes to try this fall, and I’ve come across some I can’t wait to try. (Shall we start with the healthy ones first?!)

I don’t think I could come up with a more beautifully delicious meal than this Tomato, Peach & Burrata Salad. And with the “time needed” clocking in at 15 minutes or less, it is one hundred percent perfect for our family!

We have found that it is such fun family time to make homemade pizzas together. We love to do it at least a couple times a month and this Three Cheese, Peach & Prosciutto is on our menu for next week!

Now although I truly do love to eat delicious, fresh, healthy food like this, what I love very most, is to BAKE yummy treats like these! Now that is kitchen time I love

Peach Pie Scones…with a Vanilla Glaze?! I can’t wait to try these. Don’t they sound heavenly?!
