Danielle Hampton

When I began this process I wasn't sure if I could adequately achieve the cohesive flow desired as I do not have a background in design, quite the opposite actually. However, now that the nursery is complete, I can say how proud I am of myself and my husband for doing just that. This room really was a labor of love, we spent weekend after weekend working on all the DIY projects that we have really came to admire and enjoy most in the room. It's such a gratifying feeling to say, "I did that!"

My main goal was to create a space that our child could grow with, something unique and fun. Something with imagination and thrill. I truly feel that when I enter his room, I am ready for just that! The soft natural palette provides a sense of calm but the subtle splashes of color create excitement. You can't help but smile as you look around at all the fun furry animals ready to be played with by little hands.

To make things that much sweeter, we welcomed our sweet little Maverick Robert into the world on 6/14/16. His beauty and calmness have captivated us all. He really is our  GREATEST adventure!
