All shipments are shipped via UPS. Delivery charges are as follows:
All orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $5. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery

You can track your shipment 2 different ways:
1. Go to
www.ups.com and enter your tracking number. Please note, it may take 24 hours after shipment for your order to appear in the UPS tracking system.
2. Call UPS at 1.800.PICKUPS (742-5877)
TAXES
Sales tax is automatically calculated prior to payment.
PAYMENT
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online from us. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return any unopened item in the original packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of receiving it.
BACKORDERS
In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
