Fall & Halloween Crafts

Posted by Kaitlin Moyes on

As a former first grade teacher, the month of October was always the best time of year for many reasons. Once Fall hits the playground, the air is crisp, the leaves start to change and the kids no longer come in from outside with mild heat stroke! But really, the reason why we love October so much is Halloween. Now, let me preface by saying that I disliked Halloween before I became a teacher and had a baby of my own. Now I feel like I am one of the kids on the playground asking what everyone is going to dress up as. On October 1st , I would always put fun decorations up in my classroom. The kids loved getting spooked by the spider webs, skeletons and witches. What the kids (and I) loved most were all the fun, simple Fall/Halloween crafts that we made throughout October. Here are some of my favorites that you can do at home with your littles; at a party, or in a classroom setting!
