Furniture Terms and Conditions
Oilo, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Those changes will go into effect on the Last Updated Date shown in the revised Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the Web Site or our mobile applications, you are agreeing to the revised Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site or mobile applications.
FURNITURE SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- All glider orders will be delivered by LTL carrier to the customers home, dealers distribution center, or store.
- Furniture ships fully assembled.
- Gliders orders can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states and major metropolitan areas in Canada.
- White Glove Delivery Service is recommended for Drop Ship orders. White Glove means the item will be placed in room of choice, unpacked, and packaging and debris will be removed. Please note white glove includes only 2 flights of stairs. (Updated 1/2023- White Glove delivery is suspended at this time)
- Customer MUST inspect boxes and merchandise, confirm there are no defects, damages, wrong items, or missing boxes before signing receipt/BOL. Note receipt/BOL of damages to product and/or box. Photo of damaged product and/or box is required. Contact Oilo immediately if delivery may need to be refused due to any of the above.
- Oilo or freight carrier cannot be held liable after a shipment has been signed for as damage free.
FURNITURE CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
All custom furniture orders are not-returnable. If an item is refused at delivery due to a defect or damage, Oilo reserves the right to repair or replace the item.
Any item refused at delivery with the intent to cancel will incur a re-stocking fee of 30% in addition to all shipping costs.
- CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS:
- Standard furniture cancellations and modifications are only accepted within 24 hours from time of order. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- QUICK SHIP furniture are FINAL SALE items and CANNOT be cancelled or modified.
- Receiver is responsible for return freight charges if above “Shipping Guidelines” aren’t followed.
- Oilo reserves the right to repair or replace product depending on individual damage or defect.
- Oilo does not accept buyer’s remorse returns
FURNITURE WARRANTY
Oilo offers a 3, 2, 1 limited warranty on new and custom furniture.
- 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY for frames to the original retail purchaser, for the normal useful life of the product. Oilo Studio will pay, within one year from the date of purchase to original retailer, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Oilo Studio. After one year from the date of purchase, the frame warranty covers replacement parts only, and the original retail purchaser will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs. Oilo reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace product.
- 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY for mechanism to the original retail purchaser, for the normal useful life of the product. Oilo Studio will pay, within one year from the date of purchase to original retailer, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Oilo Studio. After one year from the date of purchase, the mechanism warranty covers replacement parts only, and the original retail purchaser will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs. Oilo reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace product.
- 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY to the original retail purchaser, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, all upholstered fabrics against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfers. This warranty does not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. This warranty also does not cover protective finishes, or velvets, &/or velvet types since by their very nature, these fabrics are of soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect. Oilo Studio will pay, within one year from the date of purchase to original retailer, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Oilo Studio. Oilo reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace product
Under these limited warranties, the sole liability of Oilo Studio is limited to repair, or at its option, replace qualified product.
Warranties do not apply to modified or discontinued product, or if shipping guidelines are not followed.
