Oilo, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Furniture Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Those changes will go into effect on the last updated date shown in the revised terms and conditions. By continuing to use the website, you are agreeing to the revised terms and conditions.  
FURNITURE WARRANTY
At Oilo, our dedication lies in assisting you to create a personalized sanctuary for you and those around you. We are committed to offering you handcrafted furniture created by skilled artisans, utilizing the finest quality materials. Meticulous attention is given to every aspect of the construction process to guarantee the creation of a high-quality piece.
 
LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee that our products are free from defects in both material and workmanship. It is your responsibility to promptly inform us of any visible defects or discrepancies within 14 days of receiving the delivery. However, it's important to note that regular wear and tear or damage resulting from routine use is not covered by our warranty. For instance, natural fading or deterioration of fabrics and leathers over time, potential dye transfer from clothing, and the gradual softening or alteration of cushion cores are considered normal conditions. These conditions do not fall within the scope of manufacturers' defects and are therefore not eligible for coverage under our warranty.
FURNITURE SHIPPING GUIDELINES
  • All glider orders will be delivered by LTL carrier to the customer's home, dealer distribution center, or store. Our furniture is shipped fully assembled for your convenience.
  • Glider orders are restricted to delivery within the 48 contiguous states and major metropolitan areas in Canada. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional freight cost applies. Please contact us before making a purchase to inquire about the additional amount.
  • For Drop Ship orders, we highly recommend the White Glove Delivery Service, which entails placing the item in the room of your choice, unpacking it, and removing packaging and debris. Please note that White Glove delivery includes service for up to 2 flights of stairs.
  • It is crucial for the customer to thoroughly inspect boxes and merchandise upon delivery and confirm the absence of defects, damages, incorrect items, or missing boxes before signing the receipt/BOL. If any issues are identified, please make a note of damages on the receipt/BOL and provide a photo of the damaged product and/or box. Contact Oilo immediately if delivery may need to be refused due to any of the aforementioned concerns.
  • Please be aware that Oilo and the freight carrier cannot be held liable for any damages once a shipment has been signed for as damage-free. Your attention to these guidelines ensures a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience.
FURNITURE CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND MODIFICATION POLICY
  • Custom furniture orders are non-returnable. If an item is rejected at delivery due to a defect or damage, Oilo has the right to repair or replace it.
  • Standard furniture cancellations and modifications are only accepted within 24 hours from the order time, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after 24 hours.
  • Rejecting an item at delivery with the intention to cancel incurs a 30% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs.
  • Quick Ship furniture is a final sale and cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Clearance, floor samples, and photo shoot items are sold "as-is" and are ineligible for credit returns or exchanges; sales for these items are final as non-warrantied products.
  • Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted.
  • Oilo reserves the right to repair or replace products based on individual damage or defects.
  • For manufacturer defects or damage upon delivery, contact our Service Team (service@oilostudio.com) within 14 days of receiving the order.

OPEN BOX AND PHOTOSHOOT SAMPLES
Open Box and Photo Shoot Samples are final sale, sold "as-is" and cannot be returned or exchanged, and are ineligible for warranty. These items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. 
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY
Furniture currently in stock will be dispatched within 2-4  weeks, contingent on the geographical location of your residence. International shipments may require extended lead times. It is important to note that merchandise will not be stored at our warehouse for more than 14 days.
For Special Order items, additional production time is required, and lead times will fluctuate based on material availability and manufacturing delays. The delivery time frame is not guaranteed, and it is advisable to account for extra time for the merchandise to reach its destination. Upon the completion of your merchandise at our warehouse, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date to your residence.
If, for any reason, you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days of your merchandise being fully committed in our warehouse, the order becomes non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. It is crucial to ensure the presence of an individual aged 18 years or older at home to accept the delivery.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to measure doorways, hallways, staircases, and any other spaces through which the recliner will be moved. Ensure that the chair will fit through these areas and into the designated room before scheduling delivery. Our delivery team will not remove doors, door frames, or any other fixtures to facilitate the delivery, nor will they dismantle or assemble any furniture, including the chair being delivered. Please make sure the path from the delivery vehicle to the desired location is clear of obstacles and hazards. Any additional services or arrangements required to facilitate delivery are the customer's responsibility. By proceeding with the purchase and scheduling the delivery, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. PRICING & PROMOTIONS
The pricing displayed in our Stores, Catalog, and Online is in U.S. dollars. All purchases are subject to applicable taxes as per state and local laws. The pricing, availability, anticipated arrival dates of merchandise at our warehouse, and shipping fees are subject to change. We retain the right to cancel orders for any merchandise that we determine to be inaccurately priced, described, or depicted in both our Stores and Online.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
For online orders, a complete payment of 100% is required at the point of purchase. Full payment is required before scheduling the delivery. Clearance merchandise, Floor Samples, Photo Samples, and One-of-a-Kinds require full payment at the time of purchase.
COMMERCIAL USE
Our warranty applies solely to sensible residential (non-commercial) usage. It becomes void if the furniture is used in a context deemed non-household, or if it is misused, handled improperly, reupholstered, and/or repaired by any entity other than Oilo and/or our authorized agents.
LIMITED WARRANTY

In a world inclined towards disposability, the resilience of our offerings not only makes practical sense for individuals but also aligns with environmental considerations. Oilo guarantees its merchandise to be devoid of defects in both construction materials and workmanship for the specified number of years, applicable when used in a residential (non-commercial) setting.
EXCLUSIONS
The Limited Warranty does not extend to damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage. For comprehensive guidelines on the proper care of your product, please consult our care page. Numerous pieces in our collection are as distinctive as the artisan who crafted them. The subtle variations in detail serve as a poignant reminder that a genuine individual fashioned something special for you. These inherent characteristics are normal and do not impact the functionality of your piece; they are not deemed quality defects.
FRAMES FOR CHAIRS:  2 YEARS
Oilo ensures the frame and spring support systems are protected against breakage resulting from defects in construction materials and workmanship. The frame itself is covered against breakage due to material defects, with our chairs undergoing testing to support up to 250 pounds. However, the Limited Warranty does not encompass issues arising from expansion, contraction, or the effects of extreme high/low humidity.
CUSHION CORES AND TAILORING:  2 YEARS
This covers seam slippage, buttons, and zipper closures but excludes loss of resilience, loft, or crown. It's important to note that cushion cores used in seat cushions, back pillows, and padding will naturally soften and conform to the user's shape with regular use, which is not considered a manufacturing defect.
MOTION MECHANICS:  2 YEARS
This encompasses recliner, glider, swivel, and sleeper mechanisms, as well as electric motion mechanisms.
FABRIC AND LEATHER 
Fabric and leather fall outside the scope of the Limited Warranty. Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use, such as natural fading or deterioration over time, or potential dye transfer from clothing, is not covered.
WARRANTY DEFINITION
This Oilo Limited Warranty is non-transferrable and applies exclusively to furniture used in a residential (non-commercial) setting. The warranty becomes void if the furniture is utilized in a non-household setting, or if it is misused, handled improperly, reupholstered, or repaired by any entity other than Oilo or its partners. Proper care and usage are imperative for maintaining the coverage provided by this warranty. This warranty is valid only for products purchased on or after January 1, 2022.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Oilo commits to repairing or providing reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement for any product defects. In the case of replacement, Oilo cannot guarantee an exact match, and if the original piece is unavailable, a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted. No cash refunds are available, and under no circumstances shall  Oilo be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or for incidental or consequential damages. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your state. Proof of purchase is necessary for a merchandise exchange or warranty service. If any item is repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty, it will be covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage. As many Oilo pieces are handcrafted, sporadic variations in overall measurements, color fluctuations, etc., are normal characteristics not covered by the Limited Warranty, provided they do not affect the performance of the piece.
This warranty excludes all Clearance Items (marked As-Is, Last Chance! Extra Savings, or otherwise indicating a final, non-returnable sale), Floor Samples, and Photo Shoot Samples.
This Limited Warranty is provided as an exclusive warranty and remedy, and no other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are made, and any such warranties are expressly disclaimed. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained in this warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law,  Oilo disclaims all liability for damages based on negligence and strict product liability. This warranty is extended solely to the Purchaser and is non-transferable and non-assignable. It may not be expanded in scope by any representative, salesperson, agent, or other employee of Oilo. This provision is a material term of the warranty, and its violation or breach by the Purchaser or any of the Purchaser's agents or representatives shall void and cancel this warranty for all purposes. Arhaus products are not intended for commercial use (e.g., in hotels, restaurants, or any public setting outside a private residential setting), and without limiting any other disclaimers herein, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from such commercial use. The act of purchasing items online implies the acceptance of this warranty by the Purchaser.
