Terms and Conditions

Oilo, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Those changes will go into effect on the Last Updated Date shown in the revised Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the Web Site or our mobile applications, you are agreeing to the revised Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site or mobile applications.  


SHIPPING POLICIES

  • All stocked items ship within 48 business hours from the time your order was placed. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Please note, lights have a 10 day lead time plus shipping and gliders have a 6-8 week lead time plus shipping as specified in their product descriptions.
    • All shipments are shipped via FedEx and/or USPS unless otherwise specified. 
      • All orders (excluding furniture) will be shipped for a flat rate of $5. 
        • If you would like to expedite your shipping, please email tracking@oilostudio.com or call 1.888.948.OILO (6456). 
        You can track your shipment 2 different ways: 
        1. Go to www.fedex.com for FedEx shipments and/or www.usps.com for USPS shipments and enter your tracking number. Please note, it may take 24 hours after shipment for your order to appear in the tracking system.
        2. To reach a FedEx representative please call 1.800.GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339). To reach a USPS representative please call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)

        TAXES
        Sales tax is automatically calculated prior to payment.


        PAYMENTS
        We gladly accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.


        RETURNS & EXCHANGES: NON-FURNITURE ITEMS
        We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.

        RETURNS & EXCHANGES: FURNITURE ITEMS

        Our furniture is custom made to order especially for you and may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of submitting the order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on furniture. 

        BACKORDERS
        In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. 

        SECURITY
        Your online security is very important to us. When our products become available for purchase on our website all internet transactions and account information will be secured by VeriSign (SSL) for your protection. This level of protection is among the highest available.
