- All shipments are shipped via FedEx and/or USPS unless otherwise specified.
- All orders (excluding furniture) will be shipped for a flat rate of $5.

- Oilo is not responsible for any custom or duty fees. Duties and additional fees are paid to a third-party broker and range from $250-$500 CDA.
You can track your shipment 2 different ways:
- Go to www.fedex.com for FedEx shipments, www.usps.com for USPS shipments, and www.ups.com for UPS orders and enter your tracking number. Please note, that it may take 24 hours after shipment for your order to appear in the tracking system
- To reach a FedEx representative please call 1.800.GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339). To reach a USPS representative please call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)
Sales tax is automatically calculated prior to payment.
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: NON-FURNITURE ITEMS
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: FURNITURE ITEMS
Our furniture is custom made to order especially for you and may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of submitting the order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on furniture. If an item is refused at delivery due to a defect or damage, Oilo reserves the right to repair or replace the item. Any item refused at delivery with the intent to cancel will incur a re-stocking fee of 30% in addition to all shipping costs. See full furniture terms and conditions here.
In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship back-ordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Your online security is very important to us. When our products become available for purchase on our website all internet transactions and account information will be secured by VeriSign (SSL) for your protection. This level of protection is among the highest available.
