• Coverage includes accidental stains and damage from food, beverages, nail polish, human and pet bodily fluids, punctures, zipper breakage, cuts, tears, burns, seam separation, one-time household pet damage, ink, springs, frames, motors and mechanical failures. 

• Excludes normal wear-and-tear, color transfer, pilling, fire, damage caused by improper maintenance or misuse, fabric stains/damage caused by perspiration, hair and body oils.

• Damages must be reported within 30 days from occurrence. 

• Service begins with a cleaning kit or advice for stain removal.
• If the cleaning kit does not resolve the issue, an authorized technician may assess and repair the damage. 
• If the technician cannot repair the damage, Guardsman may provide replacement, reselection, or cash settlement. 
• Refunds are provided if replacement or reselection is not possible. 

• Covers new furniture purchased for personal residential indoor, non-commercial use in the U.S.
• Furniture must be free of stains and damage upon delivery. 
• Service is not transferable
• Coverage excludes furniture used for commercial or rental purposes.

• Maximum liability is the original purchase price of the furniture item.
• Once the maximum amount for a single item is reached, it is no longer eligible for coverage. 
• Aggregate liability for all items cannot exceed the total purchase price of all covered items.

• The plan automatically terminates after 5 years from the delivery date of the furniture. 
• The plan cannot be renewed or transferred

• The plan may be canceled within a designated period for a full or pro-rata refund, depending on the state.
• Cancellation fees may apply, ranging from 10% of the plan's purchase price to a fixed amount.
• Refunds are subject to state-specific regulations and penalties for late refunds.
