The ottoman will SHIP FREE or ship free with your Custom Margot Chair if you ordered one.

Orders for custom ottomans may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Ottomans that are refused at the time of delivery and deemed canceled will be returned to our facility and refunded minus a 30% restocking fee and any return shipping costs incurred.
Please note: Address changes requested while the order is in transit may result in rerouting fees charged by the carrier.
