When ordering a chair from this Custom Gliders Collection, it will take 4-6 each chair. Please note that certain fabrics may have longer lead times, refer to your selected fabric for any exceptions. *Please ADD an additional shipping transit time of 1-3 weeks for delivery.
If you’d like your chair delivered at a later date than estimated, please email service@oilostudio.com at the time of your order. We’re happy to schedule production to best meet your preferred delivery window at no additional cost.
If you request a delivery hold after your order has already shipped and is in transit, storage fees will apply at a rate of $5 per day at the destination hub. These fees are due at the time of the hold request and will cover the full period through your desired delivery date.
CONTINENTAL USA - WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY ($250):
Service provides delivery of your items(s) up two flights of stairs and into the room of your choice. This service includes unpacking and removal of debris. Estimated transit time is 1-3 weeks. *May be longer for the West Coast or more remote areas.
CANADA - CURBSIDE DELIVERY ($199):
Service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set-up or assembly of items or removal of packing. *Oilo is not responsible for any customs, duties, or surtax fees. These fees will be charged and paid at the time your order ships.

The Manual Recline includes a hidden recliner lever on the inside of the arm, making it easy to reach and out of sight, it also includes a full 360º swivel motion and a parallel rocking motion that gently glides for ultimate convenience.
The plug-in smooth Motorized Recline Upgrade feature has an easy-to-reach power switch with a USB port to charge your phone, plus it includes a 180º swivel motion and a parallel rocking motion that gently glides for ultimate convenience.

We want you to love your chair. This is why we highly recommend ordering fabric swatches, as digital devices and multiple light sources in photographs can alter color and perception of texture. Plus, your first 5 swatches ship free!

Orders for custom chairs may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. A $100 fee applies to cancellations after this period.
Address changes requested while the order is in transit may result in rerouting fees charged by the carrier.

Color transfer, pilling, and normal wear and tear are not covered under any plan or service.

This is our favorite feature here at Oilo, especially when you want to find your perfect recline position without waking your sleeping baby. Plus our plug-in motorized recline feature has a USB port that will charge most current phones.
WHAT ABOUT CUSHIONS?
We work really hard to make sure your cushions are made from the best possible material and don't slide everywhere. Our Harlow cushions are filled with a non-absorbent, mildew-resistant polyester fiber that is lofty, lightweight, and soft. Thus giving you true comfort you can sink into along with peace of mind. We recommend flipping cushions regularly to maintain even wear on both sides of your cushions.
OUR BEST STAIN RESISTANT FABRIC
Our High Performance fabrics are one of our favorite fabric choices. They are water resistant so liquid will pool on the top giving you time to hurry and soak up the spill before it soaks into the fibers.
PRO TIP
We love to use our premium muslin blankets as a cover for our gliders and recliners. With 8 layers of organic 100% cotton muslin, they protect furniture from spills and dirt. Plus, they're fully machine washable, so cleaning up is a breeze, saving you the hassle and cost of professional cleaning.
